After removing septal extension, did you not have things like columellar retraction, nasal drooping, or an upturned nose?ㅠㅠ My original nose barely showed the nostrils and was slightly droopy, but I’m so worried that my nose will turn up after total removalㅠㅠ Could you share your experiences?
