I had a slight depression on the nasal bridge, so I got a little filler at the end of January. To the naked eye, it seems like it has all disappeared, but I’m not sure about the details. Usually, when having surgery, do you remove the filler beforehand, or does the hospital do it together during the revision surgery?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
