First: Dec 2022, hump osteotomy, nasal tip, septal extension. Second: July 2023, hump osteotomy, and revision correction because the cartilage placed on top wasn’t shaved down enough. I do have some nasal bridge height, and because the tip was raised to match that, it ended up higher than I expected. Since it’s a septal extension, the nasal tip is very stiff and there’s also show-through, so I made up my mind to remove it. I booked consultations at ㅍㄹㅁ ㅅㅅㅇ ㅅㅇ, and I’m planning to additionally book ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂㄷㄹ like this. What do you think of the list?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
