On 10/14, I had my first rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage, 45 mm silicone, columella lowering, nasolabial angle correction, and bulbous nose correction. What I’m curious about is, if I go to the three major nose-removal hospitals, until when do they define early surgery for nose-removal surgery? Would it be removal after 6 months? Things I absolutely need to check during surgery, and what side effects can occur after everything is removed? I think they ground down my own nose so the silicone would adhere well; can my nose come back? For now, I sent KakaoTalk messages to the three major nose-removal places saying I want consultation appointments. We agreed not to put anything in the glabella and to naturally put 2–3 mm on the nasal dorsum, but it seems they ground the nasal bone…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
