Reason for revision surgery :
I had my first surgery right after taking the CSAT in my senior year of high school, and since my nose itself was very low and quite blunt, I wanted it to look more sharp and defined from the side. I was completely satisfied up until the splint was removed after surgery, but as time passed, the nasal tip started dropping much more than the bridge... At first, there wasn’t a huge difference, so I just thought, maybe that’s how it is, but now the tip is actually lower than the bridge, and the shape has become even more blunt and round, so I seriously don’t like it at all. My confidence has also dropped a lot, yeah.
Desired feel & line :
Just like in that photo, the before-surgery nose is exactly my nose right now, and the after-surgery nose is the line I wanted from rhinoplasty. Somewhere between a straight-with-slight-curve line and a semi-upturned line? The overall image somehow feels similar to mine too, and it turned out really natural and nice.
The bridge came out moderately high, better than I expected, and the line is also okay. I didn’t have any particular side effects either, so I don’t really want to touch it for no reason... Well, I guess I’ll only know after a consultation, but for now I only want nasal tip revision surgery. If anyone has had only the nasal tip done, whether it was a first surgery or revision, I’m curious about the material used, cost, and satisfaction. And to get a line like that, would using rib cartilage be the right choice?
