I only removed the silicone, but my nose became crooked, so I’m looking into crooked nose correction, but there’s no information. If anyone has had it done, could I know where you had it done?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
