It’s almost been 1 year since I had septal extension, lowering of the columella, and nasolabial angle correction without an implant. It’s too pointy, so I’m thinking of removing it, but I’m worried that if I remove it while leaving a little support strut, the pointy feeling won’t go awayㅠㅠ I feel like it was raised a lot compared to my original nose, so if I do a total removal, will it droop a lot?
