<When I had my first nose surgery><Now><Now>I had rhinoplasty, but developed inflammation, so only the nasal bridge implant was removed, and now only my own cartilage remains in the nasal tip. I don’t know if it’s the contraction phase or contracture, but my nasal tip keeps getting lifted more and more, and the foreign-body sensation and pain won’t stop. So once I complete the full 6 months, I’m planning revision surgery to remove everything currently inside my nose and use autologous dermis + autologous rib cartilage. As my nasal tip is lifting now, my nostrils are also gradually becoming more upturned. To make my nostrils show as little as they did after my first rhinoplasty, would I need nostril lowering as well? Or would lowering the nasal tip and lowering the columella alone bring the nostrils down a bit?? Please give me advice

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
