While removing everything, I was going to raise only the cartilage without putting up a columellar strut, but it seems too risky, so I’m wondering whether I should just do full removal and only tie the cartilage. Is there anyone here who had surgery like this…? If there is, please let me know My original nose is bulbous, so I’m really worried
