I want to remove the implant inside my nose, but it’s not easy to find a hospital that is good at revision rhinoplasty. Is the process of taking out the implant during revision rhinoplasty usually more complicated and time-consuming than the first surgery? And can inflammation occur again during the revision surgery process?
