Has anyone been told they had no inflammation or contracture, but when they actually opened the nose during surgery, it turned out to be inflammation? I don’t have pain or a feeling of heat, but the bridge of my nose has become bumpy and there is swelling only I can notice, so I went to consultations. Sㅇ - unclear, but it seems like contracture; not sure about inflammation; open approach for full removal: silicone, capsule, nasal tip, septal cartilage Bㅇㅇ - no findings of inflammation or contracture, remove only the silicone through a closed approach If it is definitely contracture, I want to remove even the capsule, but if not, I want to do it through a closed approach as much as possibleㅠㅠ The two opinions are so different that I’m even more mentally overwhelmed.
