When I had my first surgery, I didn’t rest for a very long time?? But I’m wondering if revision surgery might require a longer recovery period, and I’m also debating whether I need to take a longer break because of the rib cartilage harvest site. For everyone here who had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage, how long did it take before you could live normally?? I heard there’s pain even when laughing, so I’m scared to even get the surgery.
