When can you start exercising after revision rhinoplasty? This time my bulbous nose was properly improved, so I got out of my appearance dysmorphia. When I was getting hyperbaric oxygen therapy, honestly I wondered whether it would work, but now it’s been a month, and except for a little bit of minor residual swelling, it does seem to be going down faster than when I had my first nose surgery haha. I want to start working out to help reduce the minor swelling and lose weight too. Would Pilates be okay? Since it’s not high intensity, I think it should be okay. What do you think?
