I had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage because I had silicone-related complications once ㅠ But only one side shrank, and since then the nostril that was smaller became elongated in an “11” shape, and only one side is pinched into a mountain-like shape ㅜㅜ It bothers me so much. Can anyone give me some information?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
