I’m planning to remove my nose implants, but I also have a nasal obstruction problem, with pinching of the alar cartilage and collapse of the nasal roof. The director said we should do internal nasal valve surgery, spreader grafting, external nasal valve surgery, and alar grafting together. For the pinched nose, will it not come back just by releasing the tied cartilage? Is there anyone who has had nasal valve surgery?
