First of all, I had surgery without an implant, with a septal cartilage strut and ear cartilage placed in my nasal tip. But I had a bit of a hump, so I also had osteotomy, and I think they removed a lot of septal cartilage tooㅜ I had my first surgery at an ENT clinic, and they say here that if I remove it, it will definitely collapse and that it’s dangerous. So far I’ve gone to consultations at ㅊㅁ, ㅅㅇ, and ㅍㄹㅁ, and all three places spoke positively, saying there wouldn’t be columellar retraction or collapse. Butㅜ I’m thinking of this as my last surgeryㅜ so I’m really anxious about whether it truly won’t collapse if everything is removed. They say that if I need to leave a support, I’d have to use costal cartilage, but costal cartilage…
