First of all, I had surgery without an implant, with a septal cartilage strut and ear cartilage placed in my nasal tip. But I had a bit of a hump, so I also had osteotomy, and I think they removed a lot of septal cartilage too I had my first surgery at an ENT clinic, and they say here that if I remove it, it will definitely collapse and that it’s dangerous. So far I’ve gone to consultations at ㅊㅁ, ㅅㅇ, and ㅍㄹㅁ, and all three places spoke positively, saying there wouldn’t be columellar retraction or collapse. But I’m thinking of this as my last surgery so I’m really anxious about whether it truly won’t collapse if everything is removed.
