My original nose is low and wide, and my nostrils are large too. For my first surgery, I used silicone and septal cartilage. This time I’m planning to remove the silicone, but because my nasal bones are wide, I think I’ll need an osteotomy. Are there any side effects of osteotomy?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
