ㅍㄹㅁ suggested removing the silicone due to inflammation and doing septal repositioning, so I’m thinking about putting down a deposit, but there aren’t any reviews or photos, and I heard there are a lot of brokers, so I’m really worried ㅠㅠ Has anyone had removal done at ㅍㄹㅁ?
