I keep getting pimples because sebum is coming out much more excessively than before my rhinoplasty, like during puberty. They’re not big, but there are lots of small ones, and they keep getting red, calming down, then repeating, so it bothers me. If I have total nose implant removal surgery, will this get better too? I don’t like the shape and there are functional issues too, but now that skin trouble on the nasal tip has developed as well, I get angry and end up blaming myself. Among everyone who had nose implant removal, if anyone’s skin trouble improved after removal, please leave a comment ㅠㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ I still have to wait 4 more months until the removal timing ㅠㅜ I want some reassurance too...
