It’s exactly as the title says. This is my third surgery, and I’m so scared of things like implant contracture risk, so I’m debating between a third surgery without an implant or removalㅠ For now, mainly with places that use autologous costal cartilage, I’ve booked consultations at ㅍㄴㅅ ㄷㅇ ㄴㅈㄹ ㅇㅇ these four places. I don’t have a nasal bridge, and during my first surgery I also had osteotomy for a slight hump, so ;;; I do have some sense that surgery without an implant might be difficult ... Now I want to stop thinking about my nose(?), so I’m seriously considering removal too. The removal clinics are ㅅㅇ ㄱㅇㅅ ㅊㅁ - I booked, but consultations are available from September ㅜ I booked it for now. I’m planning to go to a few more places besides these ㅠ... I haven’t had inflammation yet, and I don’t feel contracture, but when I’m tired or haven’t slept, because of a pulling sensation and foreign-body sensation, I’m also considering removal ㅠ But my original nose had absolutely no nasal bridge, and it was a completely wide bulbous nose.. Since I had nostril reduction during the revision, it probably won’t be to that extent, but still... I’m conflicted

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
