I went for a consultation at ㅊㅁ, and I liked everything else, but one thing bothers me a bit: they said after complete removal, if there is any collapse or depression of the columella, it would need to be filled with autologous dermis or AlloDerm. Could using autologous dermis or AlloDerm cause side effects again? If I have to choose one of the two, autologous dermis would be better, right?
