Worried about revision rhinoplasty

Around 3 years after implant-free septal cartilage rhinoplasty I felt a step-off + slight crookedness, so I went to the clinic, and they said this level was okay and that AS was possible if I wanted. So I thought, well, this much is okay, and lived with it, but only a few months passed right away Cartilage show-through and the nasal tip becoming more crooked happened + I felt a pulling sensation and a feeling like the nasal tip was leaning to one side, so I went crazy looking into removal, but since I’m in a regional area, I’m first getting consultations nearby I don’t have the confidence to remove it and live with an ugly nose So I’m considering revision surgery.. Clinic 1 They said the problem seems to be that it was done too naturally, and that revision is possible using the septal cartilage originally used + ear cartilage and ear fascia? dermis? things like that together, and that the crookedness and show-through can be improved But after looking at photos from my first surgery, they said they do not recommend revision if I’m going to do it too naturally like back then (I wanted improvement only to about the level of my original surgery) They said it has to be a bit more, more.., (by my standards / I’m someone who pursues super-super-super naturalness) higher than now, and since focusing too much on naturalness was the problem, if I don’t like that, I should just live with it.. From the director’s view, looking at it now, the show-through doesn’t seem like it will pierce through the nose or make it more crooked So they said if it stays at this level, I should just live with it..^^ (But I feel like it’s getting more crooked day by day, and even now I’m going crazy) Clinic 2 Lower the visible area and reinforce with dermis, the nose may become bulky, and first go back to the original clinic.. (But the nasal tip has already drooped and a step-off has formed, and it’s implant-free, so how would they lower it..? I wonder) Clinic 3 The original clinic They said my original nose was crooked, this degree of nostril asymmetry can’t be matched, and the show-through can be handled with donated fascia, donated things, and so on,, (Ah, but I hate all donated materials and want to avoid them. Even implant-free septal cartilage turned out like this, so I’m scared) I can clearly see my nose has recently become much more crooked, but they acted like it wasn’t.. said there isn’t much difference The thing that makes me the angriest After surgery, from the one-month checkup onward, they barely give appointments. Follow-up checks are only possible in the afternoon no matter what.. ^^.. When I said I was scared and asked when I could get an appointment, they said not this month, not a month later The earliest is two months later.., ha The consultation at Clinic 1 was really good, but I don’t know about their results, seriously I haven’t gone for a consultation yet, but I really like the reviews for Between Ah my head is seriously about to explode..
