I had surgery without an implant, shaving down a hump nose and using septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but the change in my impression is too severe, so I’m planning to remove it after 6 months. I’m thinking of either removing all of the septal cartilage or removing it while leaving the support strut in place. Could there be any side effects?
