Everyone, please hear me out. I can’t tell if my eyes are just seeing things strangely. Originally, my nasal tip drooped like a hooked nose, so I had a second revision rhinoplasty in early July. According to the director, they inserted 6 mm silicone, and made the nasal tip with septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage. It has been exactly one month since the surgery now. But right now, doesn’t my nose tip look too bulky? The nasal bridge is slim, but only the tip feels thick and blunt, like it’s separate from the rest. It feels like the nasal tip shape and the bridge don’t go together…? I wonder if it’s because of swelling, but I’m usually the type whose swelling goes down really quickly. It was like that with other surgeries too. This time too, overall it seems like a lot of swelling has gone down, but the nasal tip still looks strange. For reference, the photo was taken with the rear camera, and I’m asking because even in person, the nasal tip looks somehow awkward. Am I the only one who feels this way? I’m curious what everyone thinks!
씁하 It doesn’t seem like a swelling issue; it looks like the nasal tip has collapsed downward.
청명 It’s been 1 month, but the nasal tip looks way too droopy
배고픈대학 [@] Really?? Ha... I had another surgery because of the nasal tip collapsing downward..... Should I go to the plastic surgery clinic as soon as next week?
씁하 [@] If anything, it looks like it’ll droop more from there, not improve, absolutely not... You should go to the clinic quickly.
배고픈대학 [@] It kind of seems that way... How can the nasal tip droop when it’s only been a month?
청명 [@] And the silicone between the eyebrows also looks too high.
얍얍얍웅웅 ;; Hurry and look for another clinic. Why did they do it like this lol
배고픈대학 [@] I went to a place famous for revision surgery after going around for consultations... I didn’t know this could happen...
수빈빈 I think you’ll need revision surgery. This really isn’t right.
배고픈대학 [@] Then it would be my 4th time... Will it go well? I’m seriously exhausted.
으농꾸 Me too, it’s my 3rd time... But I think I’ll probably have to do it again Why is it so hard for only me to succeed in one try.. honestly Let’s get a refund and quickly look for another clinic Fighting
배고픈대학 [@으농꾸] It’s really hard for nose surgery to succeed
키티도리 The nasal tip looks like it’s drooping
배고픈대학 [@키티도리] My nasal tip used to be droopy, but during the third surgery they didn’t lift the nasal tip and instead extended it straight forward.. Even considering that, does it still look droopy?
으농꾸 [@] If I’d known it would really be like this, I wouldn’t have done it from the start,,, let’s hang in there

ㅁㄴㅁㄴㅁㄴㅁ I think you’ll have to do it again. Even if it’s expensive, it seems better to do it at a really famous place
xjcl Could I get the clinic information and the director’s name by private message?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 2 Drooping nasal tip autologous costal cartilage surgery
Like the title says, I’m looking into revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage. The places I’ve been to so far are KBJ and DDY. The former felt like they had handled autologous costal cartilage a lot and focused on a natural…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 2 Does anyone know the side effects of removing septal cartilage from the nasal tip?
I had surgery without an implant, shaving down a hump nose and using septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but the change in my impression is too severe, so I’m planning to remove it after 6 months. I’m thinking of either…

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 2 If Medpor is used, the nasal tip looks black
