Please recommend a hospital that is good at nose removal surgery for a nose shape that looks like it was cut off midway, or that handles the nasal tip well. After removing only silicone and ear cartilage, my nose lifted and became sunken. I want to remove the remaining donated costal cartilage used for the nasal tip columellar support strut. Since I am removing it anyway, I wanted to address the problems at the same time, so I started consultations BB did not do a CT, no consultation fee Dorsum dermis, nasal tip dermis, ear cartilage, pearl-like nasal tip. It was good that they did not recommend all sorts of things. Donated costal cartilage feels uncomfortable because it is someone else’s, and when I asked whether the contracture could have happened because of that, they said autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage are not greatly different.
