I’m 2 months post-op from rhinoplasty, and I had surgery with no implant, using ear cartilage and septal cartilage. But for about the past week, my nose has been red, and what worries me is that the red area is the part where cartilage was used to fill in my humpㅜ And now that I think about it, since about a week ago, the inside of my nostril has also been stinging, so I’ve been applying ointment with a cotton swab, and something like yellow nasal discharge came off on it. It’s ear cartilage, but can inflammation still happen?ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ Ah, I’m so stressed. I contacted the clinic, and the manager said to take anti-inflammatory painkillers for now and watch how it progresses. For now, I’m going to say that I want to schedule an appointment with the doctor tomorrow…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
