I had surgery in Sinsa at the place where my friend had hers, using no implant + postauricular fascia and septal cartilage? But it turned out way too natural, so after a year my nasal tip completely dropped, and there was no difference from my original nose I want to go somewhere with a definite change, like OM or The Door. Is there anyone here who had it done there and is maintaining their nasal tip well? I’m scared of autologous costal cartilage, so I’m thinking about donated rib cartilage

나리오열 I’m... personally in the autologous costal cartilage camp.. Because after surgery, once drooping and deviation happened, I understood;; Donated rib cartilage isn’t bad either, but how should I put it, because of inflammation and things like that; I’ve also seen a few reviews where contracture happened.. Once my own nose became crooked and drooped, contracture became the scariest thing.. I’m looking at An Plastic Surgery, It’s B, and Eton, and they seem to be good at both donated and autologous cartilage lol If you can just tolerate the pain a bit, autologous costal cartilage..
