I'm going to have my entire nose implant removed. I went to 3 consultations, but they suggested adding something else or doing more, so I didn't like that. They said they would remove the silicone and use the septal cartilage that was used for my nasal tip in the previous surgery, adjusting it to fit my lowered nose. What I'm curious about is, if I remove the 2 mm silicone, will my face look wide and become a lot uglier? lol

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
