Has anyone here had surgery using autologous costal cartilage for both the nasal bridge and nasal tip? The cost isn’t exactly low, so I’m debating it right now.. It’s my first revision surgery, and I’m even more conflicted because I’ve heard that if you use silicone, you’ll have to keep getting revision surgeries.
