I had revision surgery for an inflamed nose. The plan was to use autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip and silicone for the nasal bridge, but the nasal inflammation was severe, so they only built up the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage and couldn’t put silicone in the bridge. After 6 months, I want to have only the nasal bridge done at a hospital specializing in autologous costal cartilage instead of silicone, separate from the hospital where I had the revision surgery. Is that possible? If anyone has a case like mine, please give me some advice.
