For my first surgery, I had silicone, septal extension, donated costal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and for the second surgery I had only the silicone removed early at week 3. But the fixed feeling from the donated costal cartilage and septal cartilage is so uncomfortable that I’m planning to remove them after 6 months. I’ve read various removal reviews and it seems like simply removing them isn’t necessarily the answer, but I still need to remove them. If I remove the septal extension and donated costal cartilage, will it definitely collapse? And even after removal, will it still be hard? ㅜㅠ
