Starting with my first nose surgery in my mid-20s, I had a total of 4 surgeries by my early 30s. I had revision surgery because of a crooked nasal bridge, a creaky/moving columella, and redness at the nasal tip ㅠ The materials currently inside my nose are silicone, septal cartilage, donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and AlloDerm. 13 years after my last surgery, I sometimes had inflammatory reactions at the nasal tip and thinning skin, but I had been getting by fairly well. Then, starting a while ago, I felt a tightening, pressure-like sensation on the nasal bridge. I didn’t know the cause, so I struggled while going around to other medical departments. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
