Starting with my first nose surgery in my mid-20s, I had a total of 4 surgeries by my early 30s. I had revision surgery because of a crooked nasal bridge, a creaky/moving columella, and redness at the nasal tip The materials currently inside my nose are silicone, septal cartilage, donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and AlloDerm. 13 years after my last surgery, I sometimes had inflammatory reactions at the nasal tip and thinning skin, but I had been getting by fairly well. Then, starting a while ago, I felt a tightening, pressure-like sensation on the nasal bridge. I didn’t know the cause, so I struggled while going around to other medical departments.
