Is it possible to replace only the silicone on the nasal bridge? I had rhinoplasty 2 years ago and put 2 mm in the bridge, but there wasn't much difference. Since my nasal bridge is naturally very low, and I like my nasal tip, I want to replace only the silicone on the bridge. Is that possible? Also, for people with a low nasal bridge, how many millimeters do they usually put in?
