Blackhead warning Two and a half years ago, I had Megaderm Nose Beam done at ㄷㅌㅁ, and because a step-off developed at the nasal tip, ㄷㅌㅁ evened out the step-off with injections. Maybe filler. I remember getting that filler about 2-3 times But recently, my nasal tip keeps swelling and getting red like this. It doesn't look extremely severe to the naked eye yet, but is this inflammation? If so, what should I do? Seniors, please help me
