Worried about nasal tip surgery after silicone removal

I’ve recently been going to consultations for removal, and they say that if I remove only the silicone, there will be a step-off with the nasal tip, so they suggest adding ear cartilage, septal cartilage, or autologous costal cartilage. First of all, I prefer a natural-looking nose line, and although I currently don’t have symptoms like inflammation or contracture, I want removal because it seems like the silicone is showing through. They say ear cartilage is soft, but over time it droops and shows through, and autologous costal cartilage is good for shaping, but it’s hard and leaves a chest scar. What would be the best thing to do? My heart is leaning toward ear cartilage, but I really don’t want to have another revision later, and I don’t like that autologous costal cartilage becomes hardㅠㅠ …
