My nose is a short nose, so on my second surgery it was the silicone dorsal and tip. I think they used ear cartilage?? But since nearly 15 years have passed since the surgery, my nose looks a bit short now. I don’t think I can use auricular cartilage anymore. I want to make the tip a little longer and lower the tip. 또르릉소리 Then I think I should use autologous costal cartilage or donor rib cartilage. I saw they use a lot of different materials, even up to costal cartilage, like 루ㅂㄹ 어ㄴㄷ 핀ㅌ 탑ㅋㄹㅅ. For short noses, it seemed like they could do it too. They also seemed to do quite a few difficult surgeries.

복숭아뀨울 I also don’t want to touch the dorsal nose a lot. Right now I’m checking places like ㄹㅂㄹ, ㅍㄹㅇㅂ, ㄴㄴ, ㅇㅇ, etc., and there really are lots of good ones. Even if I only want to do something with the tip, I’d still want to solve it with auricular cartilage and septal cartilage.

해떴다 The nasal tip is important, and with a short nose there can be limits using only septal cartilage, so start by consulting at a place that uses a wide range of materials, including autologous costal cartilage. ㅊㅇ ㅍㅌ ㅇㄴㅅㅌ It’s also a place where many revision surgeries are done.
