My columella was originally a bit long, and my nose was slightly long too. I had only raised the nasal tip using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. But I had everything removed yesterday, and the overall line has lost that pointy look, so I really like it. But even after full removal, is it normal for it to look a little upturned like a short nose on day 1?? The director said it will gradually come down as the swelling goes down For now, my nostrils show too much, and it feels like the columella I originally had is gone... My columella was originally on the lower side, but I had full removal, so why doesn’t it look like it has come down the way it used to? Is it because of the taping and swelling..
듀듀11111 I was worried because mine was upturned on the first day, but now on day 8, it has come down quite a bit. The clinic said it will come down more as the swelling goes down.
성형하지마여 [@Dudu11111] Really? Ha, that’s at least a relief It keeps feeling upturned.. I’d rather have it look a bit masculine as long as my nostrils don’t turn up
듀듀11111 [@Don’tGetPlasticSurgery] Even when I just had the splint removed, it was really upturned, but today it has come down a lot! It will probably come down little by little each day.
성형하지마여 [@Dudu11111] But did you have a splint even though it was a full removal?
듀듀11111 [@Don’tGetPlasticSurgery] Yeah yeah, I had a splint and nasal cotton too.. Now all the stitches have been removed as well.
흐앙제발 Mine wasn’t upturned from the beginning, but the columella is lower than my original nose…. I don’t know why

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 4 Worried about nasal tip surgery after silicone removal

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 4 I’m having revision rhinoplasty—can you recommend a place good at short-nose cases?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 4 Revision surgery with a closed approach

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 4 Nose revision surgery at DL Plastic Surgery

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 4 How is RU Plastic Surgery??
Three years ago, for my first surgery, I had surgery using 5 mm silicone and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. But I didn’t like my nose line, the nasal tip was too upturned, and there was also a step-off. About a year later…
