My ear cartilage was showing through my nose, so I had it removed with a closed approach, and now the septal cartilage is showing through instead. It’s driving me crazy. Revision surgery costs are really expensive too ㅠㅠ Should I just live with it? ㅌㅌㅇ and ㅈㅇㅈ are famous for noses too

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
