At some point, while washing my face, I noticed something extremely tiny, so I thought it might be a small closed comedone, but as time passed it didn't go away and it bothered me so much. I looked up various photos of protrusion, but it also doesn't seem like that, and I'm suspicious, so I'm wondering if it's right before the silicone comes out. It doesn't hurt, and there isn't any reddish inflammatory reaction either. Is this silicone protrusion? I'm so worried.
