What should I do.... Crooked nose osteotomy, spreader graft, septal extension, septal support strut, ear cartilage I had everything fully removed.. The septal extension part couldn’t be detached, so we decided to grind it down, but my nose is completely upturned, got smaller, and looks like half of it is gone. More than anything, the problem is that my nostrils are completely collapsed/deformed.. Among people whose noses became upturned like mine after full removal, has anyone’s nose come back down? I cried all day today and I regret the removal so much. I’m starting to miss the nose I had after surgery instead... I’m thinking of losing only the septal cartilage for now and getting revision surgery with rib cartilage after 6 months. I really feel so stupid and regret it so much. I had it done at the same hospital where I had surgery, so maybe because it wasn’t a hospital specializing in removal, I didn’t receive cartilage repositioning? Did I only get a simple removal? My nose looks like half of it is gone, it’s upturned, and from the front I look completely like Voldemort, so I stopped eating and drinking and feel like I’ve developed a mental illness. Please, I want to turn back time...
