I’m planning to have my first rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip and silicone for the nasal bridge, but is there still a risk of contracture even if the nasal tip is done with my own cartilage..?! Could anyone tell me if there are cases of contracture after implant-free rhinoplasty I’m really torn about whether to do it or not.. Also, I toss and turn a lot when I sleep, so after rhinoplasty, would it be okay to toss and turn once about six months have passed.?
