All the reviews I see only say they used autologous costal cartilage. I’m planning to get my first nose surgery, and I was only thinking silicone + ear cartilage, not even considering rib cartilage at all, but all the reviews are rib cartilage, so I’m kind of thrown off.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
