First, I didn't retouch my skin, so please excuse that it looks messy.. I'm on day 3 after revision rhinoplasty, and I got the cotton packing removed today. When I look at my nose from the side, it looks lifted like that, so I'm really worried... It was truly something I never expected, so I asked the consultant, and she said it's swelling, so the nasal tip looks raised. But even taking that into account, it looks very lifted, so all kinds of thoughts are going through my head. Will this really come down a bit with time? Please tell me honestly.. If there's even a little possibility that it will come down, I want to hold on to some hope and wait, but if not, I feel like I may need early correction... For those with experience, at this level, is there a chance it will come down a bit? To my eyes, it looks very lifted, so I'm really, really worried... Please don't just pass by, and I'd really appreciate a lot of advice...
Cossnos [@산토끼토끼야] Thank you so much for the advice.. I really hope both my boyfriend and I turn out naturally and well.. But when you say your boyfriend's nasal tip came down, did it come down just a tiny bit? Or did it come down enough that you could feel the difference?
익명 If you're only on day 3, it will definitely come down. When I still had the splint on, my nasal tip looked so lifted that I was really worried it might not come down, but now I'm praying for it to stop dropping.
Cossnos [@] Thank you.. If it looked lifted to some extent, I would think the swelling must be a bit severe, but it looks way more lifted than I expected, so I'm worried that something went very wrong, and it's really been so emotionally hard But strangely, from the front, it doesn't look lifted at all..
익명 When the philtrum protrudes and the nasolabial angle widens, it can make you think it looks lifted. Could it be that the philtrum angle is more upright?
Cossnos [@] I think my philtrum is the same

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 20 Has anyone had nostril/alar base reduction done along with revision rhinoplasty?
As I keep looking, I think I’d like it to look natural but just slightly sharper The drooping bothers me too, so if possible, I kind of want to just do it together. Would it be possible to do it like this? I’m looking into my third surgery
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 20 Anyone whose nose was short at first after removal, then got longer?
