I’m now 5 weeks after having all the silicone, septal extension, and ear cartilage removed. It’s not a major problem, but in my case, when I first had it removed, my nose actually looked really small. It was smaller than my original nose, and the overall size, including the nasal bridge, nasal tip, and nostrils, was extremely small, so even my mom said it looked like a baby nose lol. Then as time passed, my nose gradually got bigger like my original nose. The contours also gradually started to appear. But even after looking through a lot of reviews, I don’t think I’ve seen anyone like me. My original nose, from the side, was almost completely straight, but when I first had it removed, the nasal dorsum was slightly curved like a beoseon-style nose…
