Getting revision surgery with costal cartilage from a doctor who handles septal and ear cartilage well

I had early full removal after just 14 days, and in my first surgery they used septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but those were removed along with everything. My nose is upturned, so I’m searching around for revision surgery. I found two directors whose aesthetic sense matches mine, but both of them handle septal and ear cartilage materials well and seem to do a lot of primary surgeries… I couldn’t find reviews for costal cartilage ㅜ Since this is a revision using costal cartilage, would it be a bad idea to get it done by a director who is good at handling septal and ear cartilage? Does a director’s skill vary depending on the material?
