It has been about 15 years since my surgery, and for my first surgery, I didn’t look into anything at all. I was living outside Seoul and just followed a friend into surgery without fear. It was a closed approach using silicone and ear cartilage. I knew my nose was slightly crooked and that the nasal tip was gradually drooping, but a month ago it started hurting, so I got a CT scan at a local plastic surgery clinic. The silicone had completely shifted to the right and my nose was totally crooked. They said it would hurt whenever my condition was poor, and it could even break through later, so I absolutely had to either remove it or have revision surgery. Since I’m outside Seoul, I searched through a community and did online research, then set aside one day and went to consultations at four places: Sinnonhyeon ㄷㄴ, ㅇㅇㄹ, ㅇㄷ, and Sinsa ㅁㄷㅇ. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
