I’m looking into complete removal, and I heard that among people who only had cartilage tying done while removing everything, some later have it untied again. I don’t like the idea of anything being left inside my nose, so I want complete removal, but at the same time, just in case, I’m also wondering if I should only have the nasal tip tied. But after reading reviews from people who had it untied again, I feel really unsettled.
