Not the unavoidable sagging and things that come with aging, but after just having it removed, the nose gets lower, the nostril shape changes, and the columella contracts and relaxes... When is it that the shape really stops changing after a certain point?ㅜㅜ It’s been quite a while since I had it removed, but when I look at my nose in photos or in the mirror, especially depending on the angle and lighting, it looks so different that I feel like it looks different every day
