First, to describe my original nose, it was a bulbous nose and my skin was on the thicker side. I’ve been to ㅊㅇ and ㄱㅇㅅ now, and I’ve also scheduled a consultation at ㅂㅇㅇ. It’s been about 6 years since my surgery, and because the silicone on my nasal bridge is showing through and my skin has become thinner, I want to have the silicone removed. But my bulbous nose was really severe, so I don’t want to go all the way back to my original nose. I’m considering things like cartilage repositioning, cartilage tying, sculpting injections, etc. If anyone has had an L-shaped silicone implant removed and also had work done on the nasal tip like me, please let me know just onceㅜㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
