When removing nasal silicone without inflammation or contracture, is capsule removal necessary?

As far as I know, if there is no inflammation or contracture, the capsule does not need to be removed when removing silicone. There are also downsides to capsule removal, such as the skin becoming thinner or more uneven, and my skin is very thin, so that’s why I don’t want to remove it. But the clinic I consulted said they would remove the capsule. After removal, they’re going to add a very thin layer of silicone, and they said that if silicone is inserted again anyway, a new capsule will form again, so I don’t need to worry about the skin getting thinner. But I really don’t want to remove the capsule unless necessary. I am planning to consult other clinics too, but deep down …
